How we handle errors

Mistakes are a part of a busy everyday working life. Our job is to recognize the learning opportunities behind errors and use them to help both people and the company progress. If discoverd early on, errors can be the best form of prevention.

With this in mind, we maintain an open culture of dealing
with errors, following several principles:

  • When mistakes occur, we need to learn from them.
  • Errors should be remedied as soon as possible.
    We do not focus on assigning blame.
  • Not every negative result is due to an error.
  • Errors must not be covered up or glossed over.
