Management style

Throughout the company, peiker has adopted a framework-oriented management style. Every employee works within a specifi cally defi ned framework where supervisors monitor its compliance. The framework establishes the most important requirements for the employee:

  • Overarching rules
  • Function-specifi c requirements
  • Individual agreements made with supervisors

If a framework is unclear, both sides work together to resolve the situation, and if an employee works outside of his or her framework, the issue has to be addressed immediately.
